Pregnancy Preparation


The Pregnancy Prep focuses on whole body alignment & specific exercises which can reduce common pregnancy ‘pains’. It explores how one's everyday movements can optimize birthing outcomes and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

It also aims to facilitate women on how to navigate pre-natal exercise & fitness safely without compromising the integrity of one's body in preparation for birth.

The workshop will address:

  • Optimal whole body alignment in standing, sitting & walking.
  • Common pregnancy ‘pains’ & how to curb them.
  • Beyond Kegals.
  • Squatting benefits.
  • 1 hour Pure Movement class.

This workshop is for pregnant women and any providers that work within the community wanting a better understanding on how they can assist women reach their full potential.
