Postnatal Class


This class is designed for mums to help their journey in reclaiming their body and dealing with the aches and pains that having a new baby can sometimes cause.

In this class you will learn to:

• Achieve optimal alignment even while carrying a baby to allow the abdominals to naturally activate and for good pelvic floor function.

• Stretch and strengthen the muscles needed to carry out daily activities like feeding, lifting baby to and from crib, & bathing.

• Breathe and encourage calm as when you are challenged by sleepless nights or times of stress.

• How to encourage diastasis recti (abdominal separation) back together.

This class is for anyone who has been given approval by their Doctor to resume exercise. The class is abdominal and pelvic floor safe and I am also able to check the width of abdominal separation if any and guide accordingly.
