Foundation Reformer Class


The Foundation Reformer Class primarily draws on pilates principles along with my knowledge as a Nutritious Movement certified Restorative Exercise Specialist, Gyrotonic and Yoga movement therapist.

This class is for anyone who would like to move and feel better in their bodies every day and would like to gain strength and prevent injuries whilst staying physically mobile.

From the ground upwards you will learn to:

• Align your bones & body so it can function optimally and cause the least amount of joint friction/wear and tear.

• Stretch and strengthen all of your muscles to help retain optimal alignment throughout your day.

• Reawaken & refine new motor skills to optimize blood flow and waste removal around the entire body.

With the use of convertible reformers I aim to equip you with kinesthetic intelligence and tools to not only maintain your body's existence but to thrive in all the varied activities you enjoy doing throughout your day.
