Healthy Pelvis


This workshop is aimed at using a whole body approach to restore the pelvic floor to optimal function. Pelvic floor pain and incontinence is not normal at any point in ones lifetime. Many of the solutions can be addressed by the individual, making small adjustments to their everyday postures and movement habits throughout the day.

The workshop will address:

  • Basic pelvic anatomy.
  • Common pelvic floor complaints.
  • The Kegal Conundrum.
  • Whole body alignment & its impact.
  • 1 hour Pure Movement class.
  • Exercise sheet hand out.

This workshop is for anyone with a pelvic floor.
