Nutritious Movement™

Developed by biomechanist Katy Bowman M.S. Nutritious Movement™ is a science based movement program aimed at obtaining optimal health from a cellular level impacting all the systems of the body.



Developed by Juliu Horvath, a Hungarian born dancer who suffered debilitating injuries during his career as a way to heal his body. A complete mind body approach that requires breath, strength, stability, co- ordination and flexibility to create free flowing movements throughout the body.



Developed in the early 20th Century by Josef Pilates this holistic movement method of physical exercise is designed to lengthen, strengthen, and balance the body.

With a strong focus on natural movement to develop a full range of joint motion, muscular length and strength, this helps to promote better breathing, circulation and lymphatic flow giving way to the body's full wellness potential.

I aim to equip my clients with the kinesthetic intelligence and tools needed to thrive throughout their days in all the varied activities they choose to do pain free and with body confidence.
