This is a movement workshop that will address simple foot pains from common ailments like plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammertoes and general foot soreness. Aimed at freeing the feet, giving your body’s foundation the strength & mobility to function optimally and carry you throughout your day, pain free.
The feet house a quarter of the body’s bones, that’s 26 bones, 33 joints along with a quarter of the body’s muscles and motor nerves dedicated ‘soley’ to your feet. Modern day footwear is not just shaping our feet but shaping our entire bodies and how we locomote – don’t be bound by the shoes you wear, strong feet equals strong body.
The workshop will include:
- Foot exercises.
- Foot massage techniques.
- Exercise sheet hand out.
